Radiometer is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for diagnostic hardware products. The role involves assisting customers and engineers both virtually and on-site, requiring in-depth knowledge of diagnostic systems.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position is primarily remote, with travel to client sites in Europe approximately 70% of the time.
