Experteer Overview As Director of Finance & Strategy at Glovo Italy, you will be the strategic finance partner to the General Manager, owning the country's financial planning, performance and long-term direction. You'll lead a high-performing team to generate value across operations, marketing and commercial functions, shaping the business model and expansion efforts. You'll translate data into actionable insights, steer the P&L;, and drive cross-functional alignment. This role offers impact at a fast-growing, tech-enabled marketplace. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and steer the full P&L;, from revenue levers to cost optimization Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews with cross-functional partners Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and predictive models to guide expansion and strategy Partner with central finance, strategy,



and data teams for alignment and execution Provide financial storytelling and performance insights to C-level stakeholders Own finance operations roadmap and process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders Oversee treasury and accounting needs and monitor financial policies and statements Manage relations with external auditors, administrations, and consultants Represent the country in international forums and contribute to Glovo's global playbook Responsabilità 10–15+ years in Finance, Strategy, Consulting or equivalent high-impact environments Senior leadership with full P&L; exposure and cross-functional business acumen Experience leading high-performing teams and talent development Exposure to high-growth, tech, e-commerce or marketplace environments Background in strategy consulting (e.g., MBB) and/or CFO-track roles is a strong plus Fluency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Equity plan Private health insurance Glovo credit Discounted gym memberships Extra time off with remote work options Enhanced parental leave and nursery support Online therapy and wellbeing benefits #J-18808-
