As Mould Engineer, you will manage technical sourcing and development of injection moulds from design to commissioning within our EMEA Engineering team. You collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, and suppliers to meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost targets. You will drive continuous improvement across the region and support cross‐country projects with an international, collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to high‐impact manufacturing excellence initiatives and innovative mould solutions.

Oversee the full technical sourcing process for injection moulds from design through commissioning and qualification
Provide technical input during product development to ensure performance and manufacturability
Prepare technical specifications and support supplier selection and procurement
Lead mould design reviews, validation, quotation analysis, and supplier coordination
Review and approve mould designs for quality, performance, and cost alignment
Track progress and report updates to stakeholders on mould development
Participate in cross-functional project meetings and elevate risks as needed
Support mould commissioning with Process and Manufacturing Engineering teams
Validate and qualify new moulds ensuring quality and production readiness
Build and maintain relationships with mould suppliers and conduct technical assessments
Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives across EMEA and global engineering
Collaborate on regional manufacturing projects and global engineering communities
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
Strong expertise in mould design, tool steels, and injection moulding technologies
