Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end omnichannel marketing execution for MENTOR across EMEA, aligning global strategy with local activation. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, coordinate with agencies, and drive performance analytics to optimize campaigns. You will shape a scalable operating model, ensuring fast localization, compliant content, and integrated plans across CRM, digital, field, and media. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role in a mission-driven Med Tech context. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and lead EMEA digital strategy and omnichannel engagement based on global strategy Integrate digital capabilities into brand and portfolio for effective execution Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for digital initiatives Drive adoption of emerging technologies and personalization Translate global and regional priorities into clear execution plans Ensure fast localization through Product Managers in each geography Coordinate central content with local customization for consistency and compliance Design and implement integrated marketing plans across CRM, digital, field, and media channels Define and activate customer journeys (healthcare professionals and patients) Lead and collaborate with Product Managers across priority markets Coordinate agencies and ensure efficient budget use Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles in healthcare/aesthetics/regulated industries Strong multichannel/omnichannel marketing execution experience Proven ability to lead regional or multi-country projects Strong project management, planning, and execution skills Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and metric frameworks Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans Strong communication and partner alignment skills Requisiti fondamentali annual premio paid vacation parenteral leave bereavement lea
