Experteer Overview As Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager EMEA for MENTOR, you will own the omnichannel marketing execution across priority markets, aligning global strategy with local activation. You'll coordinate Product Managers across geographies to localize initiatives, drive performance, and ensure compliant, consistent content. You'll orchestrate agencies, budgets, and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated plans and customer journey campaigns. This role offers impact at the intersection of MedTech innovation and patient care, with room to scale operations and digital capabilities.
Responsibilities Define and lead EMEA digital strategy and omnichannel engagement aligned with global priorities
Integrate digital capabilities into brand and portfolio for effective execution
Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for digital initiatives
Drive adoption of emerging technologies and personalization
Translate regional and global priorities into actionable execution plans

Ensure fast localization through Product Managers in each geography and coordinate central content with local customization
Design and implement integrated marketing plans across CRM, digital, field, and media channels
Define and activate customer journeys for healthcare professionals and patients
Lead a team of Product Managers and coordinate agencies within budget constraints
Monitor performance, optimize, and support a scalable operating model
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or commercial roles in healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated industries
Strong multichannel/omnichannel marketing execution experience
Proven ability to lead regional or multi-country projects
Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and metric frameworks
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
Strong communication and partner alignment
