Location: Goldfields region, WA
Roster: 14/14 (nights and days)

About the Role
Operate graders to safely meet production targets across our Underground operation at a project in the Goldfield's region. You'll work within a skilled and experienced team.
Responsibilities
Safe, efficient operation of the CAT 12M graders or equivalent
Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas
Complete pre‐starts and report hazards or defects immediately
Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
Contribute to our people‐first culture and live our Winning Values
Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

Demonstrated experience operating underground graders in mining
Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
A team mindset and reliable work ethic
Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
Valid Manual (C class) Australian driver's licence
