YOUR ROLE • You will lead and oversee all construction activities related to a major Oil & Gas project for Mellitah, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project execution. • You will act as the primary construction focal point between the Client, EPC Contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. • You will ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations throughout the construction phase. • You will support project delivery objectives by coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities and managing field execution risks. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and supervise all construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. • Ensure construction execution is aligned with project schedules,



milestones, budgets, and approved procedures. • Coordinate EPC Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve project objectives. • Monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective and recovery actions when required. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities. • Review construction methodologies, work packs, method statements, and execution plans. • Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. • Support site readiness, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. • Review and validate construction reports, KPIs, productivity metrics, and progress measurements. • Support contract administration, change management, claims evaluation, and variation order assessments. • Ensure proper managemen
