In this role you will support R&D; initiatives across Aperitifs and related product categories, helping to evolve formulations and processes. You work with cross‐functional teams to optimize products, ensure regulatory compliance, and stabilize shelf life through testing and data‐driven analysis. You will partner with plants, suppliers, and co‐manufacturers to industrialize innovations and support pilot‐scale operations. This is a hands‐on role at Campari Group, contributing to a global portfolio in premium spirits. Responsibilities Batch new formulations and test new processes to support projects Qualify ingredients through batching, trials, and testing Contribute to renovation projects exploring alternate formulations, ingredients, suppliers,



and processes Assist plants and co‐manufacturers with product and process optimization Request and organize technical and regulatory compliance documentation from suppliers Execute accelerated stability testing and analyze results to predict shelf life Manage documentation of ingredients, technical information, processes, and formulations across systems Define and populate product specifications in a global centralized system Input liquid bills of material in the centralized xrdztoy system Support initial production of products to ensure successful industrialization Support pilot‐scale operations including blending, filtration, carbonation, bottling, and maintenance Qualifications 1-2 years of product development and/or laboratory experience (preferred) Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline (food science, chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, etc) #J-18808-Ljbffr
