FRAG Srl is looking for a highly motivated and experienced RSPP to support the construction activities for a science's research and development building. The candidate will be the responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. This role aims to ensure a safe and compliant work environment, promoting a corporate culture focused on safety and environmental sustainability. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the RSPP's work on the construction site, providing appropriate HSE guidelines based on knowledge of foreign safety regulations. Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and programs, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the adoption of best practices. Schedule HSE training courses for company personnel to promote awareness of risk management and accident prevention. Conduct audits, site inspections, and data analysis to monitor compliance with HSE procedures, identifying and addressing areas for improvement. Ensure a rapid response to incidents and emergencies,
conducting detailed investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Liaise with HSE regulatory authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing institutional relations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in construction in industrial sectors and infrastructure projects Minimum 5 years of experience as RSPP or HSE supervisory roles Knowledge of national and international HSE regulations, risk management expertise, and mastery of incident investigation techniques Knowledge of the regulations and certification process required by ISO 14001 Preference of HSE management certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001) Experience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams Good English communication skills, Spanish is a plus Location: Chile Duration: 12 months A
