As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing a modern cross-border payment infrastructure used by global businesses. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. Accountabilities

- Analyze, document, and continuously improve payment infrastructure, acquiring platforms, and banking integrations.




- Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Support the integration of new payment providers, banking partners, and third-party services.
- Define API requirements, data flows, system workflows, integration logic, and acceptance criteria for new and existing initiatives.
- Review technical implementation details, including API contracts, data models, logs, and technical documentation where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, user stories, and technical notes.
