Tax. You will play a crucial role in the management of key tax aspects at a Group level (transfer pricing, local and Group level tax compliance, M&A; and special projects).This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Business Service Organisation, Legal and other tax teams.Main responsibilitiesInternational Tax Compliance & ReportingOversee all international tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations in every jurisdictionMonitor and interpret changes in international tax law (OECD, EU, local), assessing their impact on the GroupSupervise and review effective tax rate calculation (quarterly and annually)Oversee and support tax inspections/auditsTransfer Pricing & Cross-Border TransactionsLead all transfer pricing matters, including policy design, documentation in line with OECD and local requirementsConduct in-depth tran
