Experteer Overview In this role, you will help shape Gucci's Men Leather Goods collections under the Design Director. You'll translate brand aesthetic into compelling sketches and prototypes, working closely with manufacture and merchandising to ensure cohesive collections. You'll research trends, inspire with new ideas, and refine designs through iterations. This position offers the chance to contribute to a globally influential luxury house with a strong creative vision.

Monitor the marketplace to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
Develop sketches based on inputs and brand aesthetic; propose new ideas
Share drawings with Senior Designer/Design Director and refine them into real-size mockups
Apply graphic corrections on drawings or renderings (colors/materials)




Coordinate with Manufacture and Merchandising to incorporate inputs and ensure coherence across the collection
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and provide detailed product specifications (size, proportions)
Ensure ongoing collaboration across categories to guarantee collection consistency
Responsibilities 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge in product development constructions, materials, fabrics, techniques and industrial production processes
Solid fashion knowledge, trend awareness, and understanding of the Brand history
Excellent freehand drawing
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, and Microsoft Suite
Positive, collaborative mindset capable of working with multicultural teams
Ability to maintain energy and focus under pressure
Fluency in English
