We specialize in the design and production of volumetric pumps, proportional valves, and fluid control systems for the industrial, food & beverage, automotive, and medical sectors. THE ROLE We are looking for a Process Development Engineer with a solid background in assembly processes and systems to join our team. Reporting to the Assembly Process Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of production processes and systems for assembly lines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop production equipment, tooling, and systems, including CAD drawings and technical layouts. Define, measure, and continuously update standard production times using time analysis tools (e.g., MTM). Support the Industrialization Manager in component and equipment production, and in product feasibility analysis.



Ensure processes and workstations comply with safety and ergonomic standards. Monitor implementation and progress of assembly lines to ensure process deployment. Draft machining cycles, tool sheets, and all necessary documentation for production phases, including times evaluations. Draft technical supply specifications for equipment and installations. Prepare assembly manuals and work instructions for equipment and production lines. Actively support the scouting, adoption, and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance process performance. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical specialization is a plus). Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within precision mechanics and/or automotive manufacturing. Proficient in 2 D (Auto CAD) and 3 D CAD systems. Strong knowledge of assembly and automation methodologies, WCM and Lean Production.
