Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Purchasing Excellence across the EU to harmonize processes, drive continuous improvement, and enable sustainable procurement. You will head the Sourcing Excellence team, drive strategic sourcing and PMO initiatives, and partner with global teams to optimize systems and P2 P automation. You will oversee risk, compliance, and KPI governance while advancing circularity and utility strategies with country collaboration. This position offers a chance to shape regional sourcing and contract management within a global framework.
