Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive the end-to-end execution of industrial water treatment projects for the South Europe region. You work with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, design solutions, and optimize CAPEX/OPEX from concept through commissioning. The position is home-based in North Italy with regular travel, offering exposure to international projects and OEM collaborations. You will lead installation, commissioning, and performance sign-off while supporting continuous improvement and the Solutions Provider strategy.Retribuzione / BenefitsSupport Engineering in early project stages to clarify scope, identify technical risks, and define optimal solutionsConduct or supervise onsite surveys, basic design, and system conception to balance CAPEX and OPEXEvaluate specifications and PO requirements, define schedules and staffing needsPrepare technical specs and procedures; support Procurement during supplier selection and PO issuanceMonitor progress, review specifications,



and coordinate with internal/external Engineering/Service teamsInspect construction sites for design compliance and correct installationLead installation, start-up, commissioning, and final performance sign-offProvide technical assistance on existing OEM contracts, including troubleshootingManage subcontractor relationships to align with Solenis' values and standardsSupport continuous improvement in Operations & Maintenance contracts and Solutions Provider strategyResponsabilitàDegree in Technical Engineering with proven water treatment design/implementation experience (including F&B; and chemical injection packages)1–2 years experience in Electrical and Automation is highly desirable; mechanical engineers with 2–4 years of water treatment experience are also consideredStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, electrical components, material compatibility, and chemical applicationsFamiliarity with control and monitoring instrumentation, local and remote modes; digital capabilitie
