You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic, and delivering strong acquisition performance.This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will own affiliate deals end-to-end, ensuring a strong pipeline of first-time depositors (FTDs)

Please also upload your resume in English, thanksWhat You'll Be Doing:Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliate partners within the Italian marketNegotiate and execute commercial deals to drive registrations and FTDsBuild and manage strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partnersMonitor affiliate performance, analysing KPIs such as traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, and ROIOptimise deals and placements to maximise performance and profitabilityProvide onboarding support and technical guidance to ensure affiliates are fully enabledCollaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless integration and campaign executionDeliver regular reporting on affiliate performance, deal status, and growth opportunitiesRepresent DAZ
