Master Training Developer The Master Training Developer is responsible for designing, organizing, delivering and maintaining technical and AFS systems training programs. The role ensures the highest standards of educational quality, operational readiness and timely deployment of training solutions across countries. Key Responsibilities Training Design & Development Design and develop technical and non-technical AFS training programs. Lead the pedagogical engineering of training projects: define educational approach, learning paths, structure, and tools. Collect and validate all necessary information and technical content required for the training design. Determine and secure all resources needed (vehicles, engines,
components, tools, products, classrooms, digital assets, etc.). Ensure all training content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product evolutions. Verify that trainings can be efficiently deployed at country level. Training Delivery & Maintenance Conduct Train the trainer and other training sessions when, where and how is required for internal teams, dealers, technical staff or external partners. Test and validate trainings under real or representative conditions. Update and maintain training materials across all formats (presentations, digital modules, videos, exercises...). Upload and maintain training kits in DAMS and LMS platforms. Ensure availability of all language versions defined in the project scope.
