In this role you will own and shape the Channel Partner Program for ABB's Grid Automation standardized solutions. You will design objectives, KPIs, and governance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable partners and drive program impact. The position involves managing partner relations, ensuring compliance, and aligning initiatives with product launches and marketing efforts. Retribuzione / Benefits Design, implement, and maintain channel partner programs for standardized hardware/software Grid Automation solutions Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics; ensure policy and regulatory compliance Develop onboarding, training materials, and enablement initiatives for channel partners Coordinate certifications, workshops,



and webinars; resolve issues with internal teams Track partner performance, prepare dashboards/reports, and analyze data for improvements Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness Align programs with product launches and marketing campaigns; facilitate cross-team communication Enforce ABB values of safety and integrity across partnerships Responsabilità 5+ years in product marketing/management or xrdztoy similar role in multicultural settings Experience with Electrical Transmission/Distribution networks (HV/MV) and related systems Experience with protection, control, monitoring, diagnostic systems for MV, SCADA/EMS Knowledge of DCS/PLC automation; familiarity with utility segments and data center segment Experience with multi-channel go-to-market and channel partners; international collaboration Strong communication skills and global mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
