As an HSSE Manager you will lead health, safety, security and environment across large energy projects. You'll develop and enforce project-wide HSE systems aligned with international standards, supporting safe delivery from engineering through commissioning. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients to drive regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture. The role offers the chance to shape HSE performance on high‐profile capital programs and deliver lasting improvements. You will operate at senior level to ensure operational excellence and strong risk management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project HSE plans aligned with international standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to client HSE frameworks
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessments and safety studies
- Oversee Permit to Work systems for high‐risk activities
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular HSE inspections,



audits and performance monitoring
- Track safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Deliver HSE training, inductions and safety awareness programmes
- Promote proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors
- Ensure environmental protection measures including waste management, emissions control and spill prevention

Qualifications / Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 15 years' experience in HSE management within major engineering or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices
- Proven experience managing HSE across complex construction or EPC project environments
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary and multicultural project teams
