Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will own the global succession pipeline, turning fragmented talent data into a live, executive‐ready view. You'll design the data architecture, dashboards, and governance cadence to enable transparent, data‐driven leadership decisions. You'll build the first integrated global dashboard and standardize templates and calibration across regions. This position blends analytics with cross‐BU collaboration to ensure the right leaders are ready for critical roles.
