You will be responsible for the smooth and accurate execution of our day-to-day accounting operations. In this role, your focus will be entirely on high-volume data entry and structured bookkeeping tasks. Register asset invoices following standardized guidelines
Perform routine asset book reconciliations
Execute manual data entry tasks and back-office activities to support the broader finance team
Follow established procedures under the supervision of the team, ensuring data accuracy without the need for independent analysis or financial closings

Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles, with familiarity in accounts payable and fixed assets management
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
9-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension
