By innovatively integrating artificial intelligence into online marketing, we drive e-commerce success. Your Responsibilities Represent Sovendus to our top-selling e-commerce partners in Italy. Work in a cross‐team with Customer Success and New Business colleagues in Italy and Germany, responsible for comprehensive support and development of partners throughout the entire partner lifecycle. Continuously analyze partner performance and implement optimization measures independently.
Leverage upselling and cross‐selling expertise to further develop partners. Prepare internal and external analyses and confidently present them at management level. Support the New Business team in onboarding new partners. Collaborate closely with Finance, User Experience, and IT as a team player. Report to the Country Manager Italy. Your Profile Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to create insightful reports for stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, even when handling challenging topics. Professional experience in sales/account management, with additional expertise in performance marketing, e‐commerce, or the agency business preferred. Self‐starter who shows initiative, commercial flair, and data‐driven actions. Excellent written and spoken Italian skills and a good command of English.
