Experteer Overview As Investigator Payments Analyst, you will oversee budget planning, analytics, and payment execution for a direct country or extended country group within IQVIA's study start‐up framework. You will partner with SSO Study Start‐Up leaders and project teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate contracts set‐up, and compliant payment processes. Your work focuses on translating grant plans into local payment schemes, monitoring payment status, and driving efficient, compliant financial operations. This role offers impact through shaping investigator payments for clinical trials at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and manage country-level budgets and forecasts for investigator payments Set up and validate investigator contracts in the accounting system for clinical studies Execute and monitor payments, communicate with sites on payment issues Track payment status and ensure adherence to GCP/ICH, regulatory,



and SOP requirements Prepare local TCFs and translate Grant Plans into local payment schemes Update systems (ACT, Optimus) and support internal controls Collaborate with SSO Study Start‐Up Managers, Clinical Project Managers, and Contracting Specialists Interface with Trial Grants Experts to align Grant Plans with site‐level execution Responsabilità Experience in budgeting/financial planning for clinical trials or similar regulated environments Proficiency with accounting/systems used in clinical studies (e.g., ACT, Optimus) Strong understanding of GCP/ICH, IRB/IEC, Health Authority requirements Ability to coordinate with cross‐functional teams and external sites Knowledge of investigator payments and contract setup in a clinical trial context #J-18808-Ljbffr
