Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to manage service projects from order intake through successful completion. In this role, you will coordinate people, materials, schedules, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers, suppliers, service engineers, sales, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the efficient execution of service activities.



Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage assigned service projects from initiation through completion Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution Define project objectives and communicate expectations clearly to the project team Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and milestones Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and required technologies Establish and manage project processes, including risk management, issue resolution, change management, and communication plans Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization Track project progress and ensure delivery in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget Collaborate closely
