Commercial Lead South Italy (m/f/d)
Bayer Crop Science s.r.l. is looking for a brilliant and experienced Commercial Lead. He/she will drive customer success and business growth through strategic decision‐making. The role leads cross‐functional collaboration, fosters an innovative and accountable culture, coaches a high‐performance team to continue growing and ensures delivery of strong results across revenue, profitability, cash flow and operational efficiency.
Main tasks and responsibilities




Manage target distribution to respective CFS, ensure alignment with market dynamics and organizational priorities (including Sales, profit, Cash)
Oversee / enable dynamic resource allocation, ensuring that teams are adequately equipped to achieve their outcomes and deliver value to customers while driving efficiency gains and maximizing financial outcomes
Drive a performance culture within the commercial team defined by accountability, empowerment, courage and a growth mindset
Identifying use cases for Artificial Intelligence and increasing adoption within the commercial team to improve customer experience and business outcomes
Drive talent development within and across CFS, focusing on entrepreneurial mindset and fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer accountability
Coaching relevant Customer Facing Squads to ensure smooth collaboration with other Squads (CFS and USS) in line with DSO pri
