The research programme includes the further development of specific research activities and actions within the DORIAN project, Line 4.2, concerning the design and regeneration of open spaces for the contemporary city. The main case study of the research is the city of Pavia, where several experimental initiatives are already underway, at different levels of development and design. The research focuses on specific aspects such as adaptation to climate change, technical specifications, the interaction between virtual and physical modelling,



and compositional aspects related to contemporary architectural languages.
The research activity therefore aims to complete the work carried out to date by the research group based at the AUDe Laboratory, in view of the formal conclusion of the project in 2027.
Applicants should hold a master's degree (or single‐cycle equivalent) obtained no more than six years prior to the deadline and with a subject relevance to the research activity.

Selection is based on qualifications and, where appropriate, an interview including a test of foreign‐language proficiency.
