The selected candidate, joining the LAND Projects team, will be responsible for the technical and design aspects of the assigned projects. Requirements Education and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in companies operating in the mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems sector Technical diploma Experience in similar roles, including: 2 D/3 D design using Auto CAD Technical and documentation management Material procurement management Site activity management Personal Skills: Good command of English (minimum level B1 or higher) Proven experience using 2 D and 3 D design software, preferably Auto CAD Driving license (Category B) Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to mediate technical issues Willingness to travel, mainly within Italy, including multi-day trips Proactive mindset and ability to manage tasks independently Continuous improvemen
