Experteer Overview As QA Manager you lead the QA function across digital products, shaping testing strategy and driving high-quality delivery. You partner with engineering, product and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle and advance automation, AI-enabled testing, and process improvements. You mentor a QA team, define objectives, and ensure reliable, scalable software. This role offers a meaningful impact on digital delivery and the company's AI-adoption journey. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the QA strategy and execution for digital products and platforms Mentor and develop a team of QA engineers Design and maintain test plans, cases, and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile apps Coordinate with product owners, developers and stakeholders on quality objectives and acceptance criteria Identify,
