You will define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis and overseeing affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management. Optimizing digital journeys.What you’ll do:Performance and KPI Monitoring: Analyse data trends across the network, with a specific focus on acquisitions, conversions, and commissions, to optimize overall program performance.Budget Management and Forecasting:



Plan and manage the online and offline budget with a P&L; approach, focusing on affiliate remuneration and predicting performance based on variables such as sales volume and campaign effectiveness.Support commercial strategy based on segmentation Model Analysis: Analyse the sales network and identify key offline and online criteria to establish new omnichannel sales point segments; monitor the migration matrix between segments.Governance on the affiliate program: Collect different information to design new solutions and new models.Affiliate Platform request: coordinate the affiliation platform management and the improvements development following the whole process, from the need to the release.Management of activities related to the partners onboarding and monthly rewards.Support the organization of training sessions for different affiliate types to ensure they understand product and affiliation platform features to maximize sales.Manage
