Overview In this role you drive the area-level evidence generation strategy for Rare & Epilepsy, aligning cross-functional plans with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Access to substantiate value. You lead multi-partner research and health economics initiatives that generate scientific and payer-focused insights to support market access and product value. You will coordinate end-to-end evidence projects, translating business questions into rigorous research objectives. This opportunity offers high impact by shaping evidence-based decisions across regional and global plans.
Benefits Lead end-to-end evidence generation initiatives at area level to support external stakeholder engagement
Align cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Access) on evidence strategy
Translate business questions into executable research questions and objectives
Direct execution of collaborative evidence generation projects (HEOR, PROs, epidemiology, patient access, policy)
Collaborate with ISEG, EU EG Strategy, and Operational Leads on QoL/PRO inclusion and analysis
Work with Medical strategy,



Access, and Field Medical to create impactful customer engagement plans
Elevate EG capabilities within local teams and engage key centers
Ensure evidence impact beyond publications to support ecosystem adoption of new SoC and UCB solutions
Develop and deliver evidence generation plans at area level with timely completion
Identify key evidence generation priorities to support Market Access
Drive innovative engagement plans translating evidence to decision-makers
Be SME for payer evidence generation and communications plans
Coordinate with local/global Mission, Access, and RWE leads for alignment and relevance
Maintain best practices on industry standards and respond to market trends
Responsibilities Master's Degree
3+ years of experience in health services research, public health, epidemiology, or health economics
Proven track record in outcomes research, clinical research supporting pro
