Experteer Overview In this role you partner with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of Contentsquare's digital experience analytics across web, mobile, and apps. You will guide customers from discovery through demos, crafting compelling, outcome-focused narratives that tie behavioral data to business impact. You'll lead Po V engagements and leverage AI-driven insights to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise brands. This role sits at the intersection of CX, analytics, and strategic storytelling, helping clients optimize digital strategies at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and deliver immersive product demonstrations highlighting Contentsquare's value across web, mobile, and app experiences Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC Own and execute Proof of Value engagements emphasizing business impact and time to value Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enable a seamless buying journey Advise customers on digital experience strategies,



including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights Leverage AI-powered capabilities (behavioral anomaly detection, automated insights, session intelligence) to build compelling narratives Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices Scope and guide platform evaluations, linking behavioral data to business outcomes Maintain industry and product knowledge to act as a trusted domain expert Utilize AI tools in research, demo prep, synthesis, and follow-up to meet enterprise sales tempo Share product feedback from the field to influence roadmap Responsabilità 5+ years of enterprise Saa S experience, including 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or related Mar Te
