Welcome to the Engineering Graduate Program at Mollie in Milan
At Mollie, we're on a mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. We serve more than 250,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management. Our engineering team is part of a 1,000‐strong group of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London and Milan.
What you'll be doing
Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code in programming languages such as PHP, Java or Python
Collaborate with other experienced engineers to design, develop, and test new features and enhancements for our platform
Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and ensure that our technology remains secure and up to date
Participate in code reviews and continuously optimise our code base
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to complex problems
Collaborate,
learn from and share knowledge with your colleagues to enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
What you'll bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with a 2025 or 2026 graduation date
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as PHP, Java or Python
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
Strong problem‐solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges
Experience working in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
