In this role you will advance sales analytics for Institutional Europe by building AI‐driven insights and scalable Power BI solutions. You'll transform fragmented data into actionable dashboards and models that support data‐driven decision‐making across markets. You will work hands‐on to develop ML‐based forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking, aligning with a sustainability‐minded, customer‐centric mission. This is an opportunity to shape cross‐country analytics and drive strategic outcomes with modern BI and ML techniques. Responsibilities Develop AI‐driven analytics and ML models to automate data processes and enhance forecasting Drive performance analytics for sales, pipeline health,



growth and retention initiatives Design and deliver end‐to‐end reporting solutions in Power BI and translate business needs into decision‐focused dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, country‐wide analytics aligned with business priorities Support leadership with data‐driven recommendations based on insights from complex datasets Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field Proven experience applying AI and ML tools to sales analytics 5-6 years of experience in BI, analytics, or similar roles Strong expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools, data modeling, and visualization Solid understanding of sales processes and performance drivers Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Benefits Comprehensive and market‐competitive benefits Annual premio eligibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
