YOUR ROLE As a Palantir Senior Data Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for translating client business needs into scalable, high‐quality data solutions on the Palantir platform. You will design and manage data pipelines, ontologies, and data models, supporting users in the effective adoption of Palantir tools while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and analytical value. The role also involves contributing to project leadership activities, providing strategic advice to clients, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to deliver end‐to‐end, data‐driven solutions. User Needs & Requirements:



Engage with end users to understand data needs and translate complex business problems into technical Palantir specifications. Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on Palantir (e.g. Foundry), leveraging Spark‐based transforms and Pipeline Builder. Data Quality & Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through robust validation and quality controls. Data Modeling & Ontologies: Design and implement data models and ontologies to enable efficient analysis and insight generation. Platform Enablement & Adoption: Support and train users on Palantir tools, promoting best practices in analysis and visualization. Project, Client & Team Leadership: Lead project deliverables, advise clients strategically, manage stakeholder relationships, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams.
