Who You'll Work With You'll join Bain's Research and Data Services team in Milan, supporting consulting, expert delivery, and practice teams with high‐quality business research, data services, information management, and research enablement. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Bain to understand project context, identify information needs, and deliver clear, accurate, and well‐organized research. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across research and practice teams to share knowledge, strengthen research capabilities, and contribute to ongoing product, service, and process improvements. Where You'll Fit Within the Team As a Senior Specialist, Research and Data Services, you'll provide desktop research and data services support across short‐to‐medium‐term projects. You'll bring specialized knowledge of relevant research resources, with a focus on supporting Bain's practice areas, including TMT. This is an individual contributor role where you'll manage your own deliverables with limited oversight, support research planning and execution,
and help capture and share research experience across the team. You'll also contribute to asset‐building activities, training, and service improvements that help the team continue to grow and evolve. You'll work proactively with internal customers to understand project context, clarify information needs, and deliver accurate, comprehensive research outputs.
