As Electronic Systems Assembling and Cabling Shop Manager you will manage the people and the Shop facilities and will carry out activities of planning, quotation, contact with customers (Product Leaders, IPT Leaders and CA&M; engineers)



and suppliers in order to satisfy the requests of manufacturing and repair of electronic systems for aero/naval application. The products are realized using COTS or in part internally developed and manufactured. The activities are mainly carried out on site, but also on other customers' sites.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Plan and control of CA&M; blue collars activities considering legacy products schedules and external requests
Support the professional growth of the blue collars
Weekly entry into SAP system of the hours spent on work packages activities carried out by the blue collars
Manage products packaging and related shipping documentation issue
Manage Shop facilities efficiency with possible contacts with Plant maintenance
Define investments and manage issue of new assets
Support in carrying out the annual inventory of Work Orders and Materials
Be responsible for the application of E
