Experteer Overview
In this role you drive commercial success across a portfolio of data center projects in APAC. You balance cost, schedule and quality while leading governance, procurement and risk management. You will partner with delivery teams and executives to translate strategy into reliable, high-value project outcomes. This is a hands‐on leadership position that empowers you to influence decisions and optimize value for the business. You will play a key part in shaping scalable, efficient project delivery within a fast‐paced, multi‐project environment.

- Lead commercial oversight across multiple projects or a major campus, ensuring alignment with budget, forecast, and financial targets
- Establish and maintain cost control processes including budgeting, commitments, expenditures, and forecasting
- Oversee contractual and commercial activities throughout project lifecycles, including procurement, variations, and close‐out
- Drive process improvements in commercial methods, tools, and reporting with stakeholders across delivery, legal, and functions
- Apply local market knowledge and regulatory understanding to tailor procurement and commercial strategies
- Proactively identify and manage commercial risks, providing data‐driven insights for decision‐making
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and advisors; communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years' experience in commercial / cost management within construction or mission‐critical sectors
- Experience managing multiple projects or large‐scale programs
- Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong expertise in cost control and financial planning
- Contract administration experience (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, local forms)
- Procurement and supply chain management experience
- Experience in APAC
