car fleet)Ensure ServiceNow integration across sites for department servicesSupervise reception and mail/shipping servicesIntegrate hospitality and soft services in office and boutique projectsOversee implementation of new office processes and tailored boutique soft servicesManage budgets (Capex & Opex) for Hospitality and Soft Services; handle PO, payments, and deadlinesResponsabilitàDegree in Business Administration, Hospitality, soft services Management, or related field (preferred)5 years of experience in hospitality/soft services management; xrdztoy 3–5 years in a managerial roleExperience in a multinational environment; luxury industry preferredAdministrative, financial, and basic accounting competenceSAP proficiency (PO, GR, invoice control, supplier master data) and Microsoft Office SuiteFluent English (written and spoken)Strong organizational and planning skills; service‐oriented mindsetProactive, change‐management mindset; strong communication and leadership abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
