Our platform helps more than 1200 wineries manage wine tourism, CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation and direct-to-consumer sales. S. private equity firm, we're entering an exciting phase of international expansion. We're looking for a Finance Manager to become our first internal finance hire and help build the finance function for the next stage of growth. This role is designed for someone who wants to become our future Head of Finance. Why this opportunity is different This is not a traditional Finance Manager position. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, combining operational finance with strategic decision-making. You will be the only internal finance professional, supported by experienced external advisors who manage statutory accounting, tax compliance and payroll. This allows you to focus on business partnering,



financial planning, reporting, cash management, process improvement and scaling the finance function. Your responsibilities · Own the monthly management reporting process and prepare reports for management and investors. · Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. · Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury and liquidity planning. · Coordinate external accounting, tax and payroll advisors. · Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. · Build scalable finance processes, reporting and internal controls. · Support Board meetings, investor reporting and strategic initiatives. · Partner with department leaders to drive business performance. · Help build the future finance organization as Divinea continues its international growth.
