Experteer Overview In this role you act as the technical battery energy storage expert within Tesla's Energy team, driving growth for Megapack and other industrial storage solutions in the EMEA region. You collaborate with the sales team to match customers with technically and commercially suitable storage systems, while staying current on product developments and market trends. You will translate customer needs into technical scopes, advise on contracts, and be a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. This position offers an opportunity to influence grid-scale energy infrastructure and support Tesla's sustainable energy mission.

Convert requirements into detailed project scopes and technical documentation
Provide technical input during contract negotiations
Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitors




Serve as a trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle
Identify and evaluate new market segments for growth
Monitor tariffs and market regulations and update models accordingly
Oversee preliminary design activities ensuring engineering standards, quality, and code compliance
Responsabilità 3+ years in an engineering role within the renewable energy sector
Strong electrical engineering background and knowledge of battery energy storage, power conversion, and grid systems
Experience reviewing contracts and technical scopes of work
Ability to identify problems and provide pragmatic solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships
Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
Fluency in English and Italian
