Job Description
- Translate business requirements into clear Business Process Engineering requirements and support global alignment between SCM business processes and ERP functionalities
- Development, improvement, and implementation of performance-enhancing business processes within the global KVI Supply Chain organisation
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose process-related improvements to the SCM Team




- Support business-side change management for process updates in collaboration with the global KVI Process Management Team
- Communicate impacts of updates to the global Supply Chain community clearly and in timely manner
- Prepare, maintain, and provide training to new and existing SCM people for SCM Business Processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong change and stakeholder engagement
