Experteer Overview As a Group Reporting Controller in Northern Emilia-Romagna, you will lead group financial reporting and forecasting across a multinational industrial group. You will partner with the Finance organization to provide analysis, KPIs, and robust reporting tools to internal and external stakeholders. You will own the closing, planning cycles, and harmonisation of controlling deliverables, driving data quality and cost optimisation. This role offers high visibility and impact on the group's reporting standards and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise financial closing, Group reporting, and forecasting (budget, outlooks, monthly reporting) across the Group
- Drive the financial planning cycle including 3-year plan, annual budget, and quarterly updates
- Prepare financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain robust reporting tools and ensure data consistency across reporting processes
- Harmonise and standardise controlling deliverables across the Group




- Own investment process and related tools; identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities
- Monitor and control operational expenses against budget and targets
- Support internal and external audits with required financial data and documentation
- Update internal policies, procedures, and work instructions under Group Controlling
- Improve controlling deliverables by aligning with stakeholder needs and enhancing processes and tools
- Collaborate with Regional and Central Controlling to adapt reporting to evolving business needs

Qualifications
- Master in Finance
- Solid knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles
- Strong SAP FI/CO experience in an international industrial group
- Strong IFRS accounting knowledge
- Experience in BI tools (Power BI / Qlik)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Benefits / Compensation
- Gross annual salary: 90,000–100,000 Euro
- MBO: 18%
