Public Relations Communications Intern

The Mission:
The scope of the position is actively participate in the PR & Communication activities and action plan, by closely partnering with the rest of the Team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the monitoring and analysis of press and digital coverage (online, social media, influencers)
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (press reviews, PR reports, digital performance)
- Update and maintain media and influencer databases, as well as related coverage tracking
- Support the collection and organization of PR data for internal analysis and presentation
- Manage, under supervision, PR sample handling (preparation, shipment tracking, returns)
- Coordinate shipments to press and influencers for seeding activities
- Support the operational organization of PR events (press days, presentations, special events)
- Attend events,



providing logistical and organizational support to the team
- Collaborate with internal teams and the PR network to ensure an effective flow of information and materials.

Key Requirements:
- Strong interest in PR, communication, and the fashion/lifestyle industry
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoi
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and materials
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
- Availability to support events and operational activities.
