The role
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Marine Surveyor to join our Technical Surveying & Project Management Department.
After an initial onboarding period in our office in Viareggio, the position will be mainly based in Ancona.
What you’ll do
As part of a specialized team, you’ll:
- Conduct technical surveys to the highest industry standards.
- Monitor new build and refit projects from contract signing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with leading surveyors and department heads to ensure technical compliance.

What we’re looking for
We value both experience and attitude. Ideal candidates will have:
- At least two years in one of the following roles:
- Surveyor for a Classification Society, Flag State, or private surveying company (cargo or super yachts)
- Part of the production department of a superyacht yard




- Engineer Officer on merchant ships or super yachts (minimum three years at sea)
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and IT skills (MS Office, database systems)
- Willingness to travel frequently on short notice (Italy and worldwide)
