Experteer Overview As Test Rigs Design Sub-Section Manager, you lead a large engineering team responsible for designing test rigs, AGE systems, and Naval Propulsion Modules for civil and military programs. You drive on-time delivery, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex propulsion challenges. You will attract and develop talent, push for continuous improvement, and influence stakeholders to align on robust engineering solutions.
