Experteer Overview Senior Solutions Engineer to tackle complex technical escalations for Doctolib's Milan team, focusing on the Vettore medical centers management software. You will drive cross-team coordination, mentor teammates, and explore AI-assisted troubleshooting to scale capabilities. You'll own interoperability topics, transform field knowledge into reusable docs, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. This role combines deep technical analysis with cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience in healthcare software.
Retribuzione / Benefits Resolve and root-cause complex escalations across database, backend, frontend, and integrations
Identify recurring patterns and propose structural fixes rather than quick mitigations
Coordinate cross-team groups (PM, Engineering, Product, Customer Care, Sales) to deliver solutions
Mentor junior team members and support their growth
Experiment with troubleshooting approaches, including agentic AI tools




Oversee connector API launches and data import interoperability on Doctolib side
Document field knowledge into reusable processes and assets
Meet with product teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements
Responsabilità 5+ years in technical support, solution engineering, software engineering, QA, or hybrid tech-customer roles in SaaS
Solid CS fundamentals, advanced SQL, Python, observability mindset (logs, traces, metrics)
Ability to use agentic AI tools daily to augment capabilities
Customer-centric approach with strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and good English
