Place of work: Lucca AKC Advanced Knowledge Consulting, following its recent integration into the VISEO Group, is expanding its team to effectively address the international challenges that will further strengthen its presence in global markets within the Corporate Performance Management sector. With specific reference to Application Maintenance Services (A.M.S.), we are looking for a Senior Support Consultant to join our Support team, with a focus on managing client requests, resolving issues through a ticketing system, and providing operational support on CCH Tagetik solutions and CPM processes. The selected candidate will contribute to service quality for our clients, collaborating with consultants, product experts, and internal teams to identify effective solutions and manage advanced support activities.



What you will do Manage client issues and requests through a ticketing system Interact with product experts and consultants to ensure effective issue resolution Support training activities, minor enhancements, and on-the-job client assistance Participate in BUILD and UAT phases in projects requiring Support team involvement Contribute to the training of Support & Customer Care Specialists on functional knowledge and Tagetik engines Collaborate in managing team workload to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery What we offer A dynamic and growing international environment, focused on consulting excellence, customer experience, and the development of both technical and functional skills. xrdztoy You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the VISEO Group, located in key international markets, contributing to structured projects for large European and global corporate clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
