Experteer Overview In this Lead Compressor Design Engineer role, you drive design activities and technical documentation for compressor and turboexpander products. You will lead cross‐functional collaboration to resolve issues and push product improvements within a Model Based Engineering workflow. You'll manage vendor relationships to ensure on‐time delivery and provide technical guidance across projects. providing technical guidance and status updates Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to resolve issues and identify product improvements Provide engineering support across the full technical project life‐cycle Own delivery of technical documentation and drawings aligned with policies and specs Oversee vendor relationships to ensure on‐time delivery of components Responsabilità Solid engineering background with mechanical, thermodynamics, or fluid dynamics experience Experience in an engineering organization or environment Proficiency in CAD software (Unigraphics or similar) Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating technical teams Familiarity with FEA and CFD Strong analytical problem‐solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel internationally and work on‐site with customers Fluent in English and able to work in the EU #J-18808-Ljbffr
