Contract Business Development Representative (BD Hunter)
Pan-EU | Leading Global Tech & Online Commerce Company
Our client, a global leader in Online Commerce, is hiring contract BD Hunters to drive expansion across European markets.
This is a pure outbound role — focused on building pipeline from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and converting high‐potential businesses within key commercial verticals, including:
Commercial Vertical Focus
Specialist and enthusiast categories
Secondary market / resale
Responsibilities
Own outbound pipeline: high‐volume phone, email and LinkedIn outreach using AI tools and self‐sourced leads.
Qualify opportunities to successful leads: run structured discovery on product range, commercial potential, and scalability.
Drive quality & discipline: maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards.
Collaborate cross‐functionally: ensure smooth transition to onboarding and go‐live teams.




Hit targets: deliver against pipeline and revenue‐focused KPIs.
Qualifications
2–4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development
Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation
Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English
Resilient, high‐energy, and target‐driven
Based in‐market with right to work
