We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Channel Manager to lead the development and execution of our indirect sales strategy across the Middle East, Africa, and Italy.
This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth by leveraging a strong network of channel partners and aligning the combined strengths of ATS Life Sciences businesses. Working closely with regional leaders and operating companies, you will expand our presence across laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial markets.
You will be responsible for strengthening partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering a coordinated commercial approach across a diverse portfolio of products and technologies.
You will be expected to travel regularly in this role (around 30% of your time)
Salary on offer in this role will be in range of 50-70k€ (depending on experience), plus a competitive sales performance incentive.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional channel strategy aligned with commercial objectives




Manage and grow an established network of distributors and partners
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in high-growth markets
Drive revenue growth through effective channel management and cross-selling initiatives
Build strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners
Coordinate commercial activities across multiple ATS Life Sciences businesses
Support partners with business planning, forecasting, and pipeline development
Conduct regular business reviews to drive performance and alignment
Deliver training and enablement programmes in collaboration with internal experts
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Partner with Marketing on events, campaigns, and regional initiatives
Promote collaboration and synergy across ATS Life Sciences companies
Monitor performance using KPIs, targets, and funnel metrics
Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless cus
